Floodplain Elevation Certificate Requests

Structures located in FEMA floodplains of “A” type zones are often required to have an elevation certificate for each structure. If you are looking for an elevation certificate. First, check through our Property Research Online to see if we already have one. If you cannot find one through PRO and you need to have one completed we can provide one for you.

The elevation certificate that we provide for you will be partially completed. The rest needs to be completed by an Arizona Registered Land Surveyor their web address is: http://www.btr.state.az.us/.
