Plan Tucson

Plan Tucson, the new City of Tucson General & Sustainability Plan, was ratified by voters at the November 5, 2013 General Election and the results declared on November 13, 2013, Resolution #22160.

Office of Integrated Planning (OIP) responsibilities include overseeing the implementation of Plan Tucson goals and policies. The Planning and Development Services Department is responsible for application of the plan to rezoning requests and other discretionary land use decisions.
